Zooma, based in Chicago, is a SaaS platform that synchronises multiple workforce data systems into a single source of truth, eliminating manual processes, reducing compliance risk and creating opportunity.

The product was already proven and delivering real operational value across the US. What hadn’t yet caught up was the brand around it. The visual identity was minimal, the messaging was closely tied to technical explanations, and the website was functional rather than strategic. The opportunity wasn’t to reinvent Zooma, but to elevate and structure the brand so it reflected the power of the product and the ambition of the business behind it.

 
 

Beginning with a focused discovery session with key stakeholders within the business, we were able to explore business objectives, market positioning and the long-term vision. From this, we defined Zooma’s mission, core values and tone of voice, creating a strategic foundation that clarified not just what the company does, but what it stands for and how it should communicate. This work sharpened audience definition, refined positioning and established a messaging architecture designed to scale.

From strategy, we developed a new visual identity designed to reflect our newly established values and mission, balancing trust, simplicity and confidence. The logo, typography and colour system were built to work seamlessly across product, sales and marketing. The visual communication system emphasises our core principle of taking the complex and creating clarity through the use of shapes. The result is a fun, flexible and clear language that can be used to portray all manner of messages in an industry that is famously difficult to communicate visually through traditional mediums without feeling contrived or lacking substance.

The culmination of the brand work was the creation of a new website, bringing strategy and identity together in one cohesive digital experience. The aim wasn’t simply to explain what Zooma does, but to articulate why it matters. We aligned technical capability with clear commercial value, communicating in a way that could be understood by every key stakeholder, from CEOs and Technical Directors to HR and DevOps teams. With this in mind, we designed a lean, focused site that delivers the right information to the right audiences at the right moment, building company-wide buy-in before conversations around sales or onboarding even begin.
